It's Spring...

...which I'd kind of forgotten about because last week, when it was still August and officially winter, the weather was WAY warm (scarily so), but once the calendar pages were turned to September we had an instant cool snap. Today the sky is grey and it's threatening to rain. I wish, wish, wish it would stop taunting us and actually drop some wet stuff because we seriously, desperately need it. (Rain dances being done, as we speak.) But it is spring and here is my spring picture from the farm, complete with grey sky and baby lambs.

It's been raining on and off for about 5 days but then for us it's fall. So while we're knee deep in snow you'll be outside, enjoying your garden and writing.

I watched Rock Star tonight. Boy Australia has talent. My vote was for Toby. So now I'll have to wait til tomorrow night to see who gets booted off.

Christa, I've checke dthe guides and we get the performance show tonight but it clashes with one of our family favourites so I'll watch the repeat tomorrow (must remember.)

Oh, and it's been raining on and off all afternoon. Not heavy, but at least it's raining so we're happy.

Christa! Ooooh yeah. Toby Rocked On! He was absolutely amazing. Mind you, those Aussies sure know how to party.

Bron, I'm glad to hear it's raining in your neck of the woods. We had rain threaten here today and then it turned all glorious and sunshiney, and well, just beautiful.

BTW, Bron, there's a package coming your way tomorrow (wink)

And Toby taught everyone a new Aussie word. He had EVS written on his chest a while ago. A friend of mine has their computer set up in my living room so I can listen to Toby's set and still visit my blogs.

Argh. I forgot to watch AND to set the VCR. On the other hand, it did rain enough to almost make puddles.

Hey Bron I think lambs are adorable, maybe can you post a pick of a cute little lamb from your flock?

Dena, I shall try and get one but they're not that easy to get close to. The paddocks (fields) are big and they spook easily. But I will try and be very sneaky.

Loretta, we did end up getting some nice rain but if you have any to spare there in Arizona, please send it our way. We sure could use some more!
