Australsky romanek

Have mentioned before that I still get a kick from receiving copies of the foreign translations of my books. These are Back In Fortune's Bed in Italy and the Czech Republic. And, yes, seeing Bronwyn Jamesonova on the cover still makes me grin. So does the title Australsky romanek for a book set in South Dakota and Kentucky. (Let's just assume that the Sydney backdrop is a honking big picture on the wall of the Lexington hotel featured in the book, okay? *g*)

This reminds me: I have updated the page of foreign translations on my website. I've put up a selection of covers for several of my books so you can check (or Czech) out the various looks all in the one place.

I really like the cover with the Sydney Opera House in the background. It doesn't matter to me that the book is not set there.

Thanks, Jane. That image is so iconic of Sydney that it features on a lot of Aussie covers. And no one but we Aussies would notice (or care) that the positioning of Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge doesn't quite work. Pedantic? Who, me?

Oh, and I'm about to go play with that foreign covers page some more.
