I know I often remind myself how lucky I am to be writing for Harlequin, but I don't think I say it out loud often enough. Yesterday, two things that made me smile all over my face while thinking, I do love Harlequin, I do, I do.
1. I bought some eBooks from
Harlequin's store; had a problem with recognition of the coupon. I emailed customer care to let them know and they not only dealt with it immediately, they were most generous in how they dealt with it.

I love that as well as discounting the books, they often, regularly (all the time?), offer extra specials and discounts.
2. A couple weeks back a friend emailed me the link to my latest
French translation and because this is a duo with my good friend Yvonne Lindsay and because the cover is all kinds of lovely, I wanted a copy. Instead of whining about never getting copies of my French books via the usual channels (as I do), I contacted the fabulous Harlequin Australia office. Unheralded a big package arrived in my mail box yesterday: all seven of my French translations!
