This headline caught my eye on news.com.au this morning. Made me think, hmm, Tim Tams for breakfast, mmm. Except I have no Tim Tams in the house so made do with a bagel and cream cheese and marmalade. Mmm. But back to the TimTam, which happens to be Australia's favourite chocolate biscuit (in America you might call that a cookie) to the tune of 400 million per year, making it the highest per capita chocolate biscuit/cookie consumption in the world. I'm not surprised. We do love out Tim Tams, we do. I also learned that the Tim Tam is named after a Kentucky Derby winner.
